Question: If I choose the “Ask a Designer” service, how long does it take to get my design answer?
Answer: We will get back to you with our recommendations within 24-48 hours.
Question: How extensive are the “Ask a Designer” answers/recommendations?
Answer: Depending on the question, we try to provide as much information as possible to help you resolve your design issues. The recommendation could be a simple reply or include photos or sketches depending on what we think is required in order to provide you with a solution to your design dilemma. Please see examples of Q&A’s we have included.
Question: If I choose the “Custom room” service, how long does it take to get my design answer?
Answer: For our custom packages, we will require 2-3 weeks before you receive your design package.
Question: Can I cancel the service at any time?
Answer: Once you have submitted your request for service and provided us with your requirements, we cannot refund any design services fees as we work hard to answer your questions promptly. Typically we have begun to work on your project once we receive your request. If you are not happy with our “Ask a Designer” suggestions we will refund you 100%
Question: What suppliers do you include in the “instant package”?
Answer: We are a Canadian company based in Toronto ON., we source our furniture from large Canadian retailers like West Elm, Restoration Hardware, Cb2, Structube, Style Garage, Article, Ikea, etc. However we do provide services to the US as there are comparable retailers we can source from as well.
Question: Are we limited to any specific rooms?
Answer: We have custom designed entire homes, including small studio apartments to large multi family complexes, hotels/resorts. We can tackle any room in your home including living/dining, kitchen, bathrooms, kids rooms, offices, etc
